Calorie Infused Instant Pudding

Calorie Infused Instant Pudding

Ingredients -
  1. 1 box instant pudding any flavor you like
  2. heavy cream (amount needed depends upon the size instant pudding you get) 
I used the small box of pudding mix and it called for 2 cups milk which we use the heavy cream instead of the milk. 

Directions -
Basically you follow the directions on the box but use the heavy cream instead of milk. 

Serving size - 1/2 c.
Calories per serving - 245


  1. I never thought of using heavy cream but that's a great idea! I make my instant pudding with 1 box of pudding, 1/2 can sweetened condensed milk, 8 oz whole milk, 1 packet of carnation instant breakfast, the pudding is nice and thick this way... a tiny bit sweet, BUT add some bananas to the vanilla or some oreos to the chocolate and dang that's some good pudding... (I only get to lick the bowl LOL)

  2. Just a note--the heavy whipping cream I use is 50 calories per tablespoon or 100 calories per ounce, or 400 whopping calories in 4 ounces, which is 1/2 cup. I wonder if your calorie counts are for half and half? I just wish my daughter liked pudding, because that would be an awesome dessert!
